100% Whole Wheat Bread

1 1/2 tsp HODGSON MILL ACTIVE DRY YEAST
3 c HODGSON MILL WHOLE WHEAT GRAHAM FLOUR
2 Tbsp. HODGSON MILL VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN
2 Tbsp. honey or 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4c warm water (110 degrees F.)

Place ingredients in the pan according to your machine’s directions. Set for Whole Wheat cycle.

Makes one 1.5lb loaf. Each loaf: 1410 calories; 36 g dietary fiber; 275 g carbohydrates; 39 g protein; 30 g fat (0 g saturated fat); 45 mg cholesterol; 3464 mg sodium.
