Pancakes and waffles can be made ahead in bulk and frozen.
Make a bunch of pancakes, then freeze them individually. (Either spread them out on a baking sheet or separate them with parchment paper so they don't stick together!) Once they’re frozen, keep in airtight container in freezer. In the morning, pull a few out and reheat in a microwave or toaster. Top with yogurt, nut butter, or no-sugar-added jam or fruit preserves for a delicious healthy breakfast!
