Truth be told, this blackberry buttermilk cake is a dessert. But it’s made with so many healthy ingredients — Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed, fresh blackberries, and apricot jam — I served it for breakfast.
