Honey Graham Crackers in the Round

Ingredients

Directions

Combine flours in a medium bowl with sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; cut in butter.  Whisk milk and honey together in a small bowl.  Sprinkle enough milk mixture over surface of dry ingredients to moisten for gathering in a ball.  Knead dough on a greased 12” pizza pan, pressing dough evenly to fit pan.  Cut dough into 20 wedge-shaped sections with a pastry cutter.  Cut each section into 2 pieces by cutting a circle around the dough 5” from the outside edge.  Prick the dough surface with a fork.  Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until crisp, but not brown.  WATCH!   (Vary shapes of dough with cookie cutter or cut into squares.)
