Wheat Germ Drop Cookie



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat oil and sugar with electric mixer. Add milk and eggs and beat again. Stir in dry ingredients and beat well. Drop by the spoonful on a greased baking sheet for 5 minutes; then reduce heat to 325 and bake 7 more minutes.


Makes about 3 dozen cookies. Single Serving
