Wheat 'N Cornbread

This is sure to make them smile. A wonderful combination with a touch of honey.



Preheat oven to 425°. Grease a 9 inch square pan.

Combine cereal and corn meal in a large bowl. Spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.  Add flour, baking powder and salt to cereal mixture. Stir well to blend. Add remaining ingredients.

Beat with rotary beater about 30 seconds, until well-mixed.  Pour batter into greased 9” square pan. 
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Serve warm.
