Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

This salad always gets rave reviews and the recipe is often requested. People just can’t believe something so simple could taste so delicious, but the proof is in this pasta salad. This recipe makes a lot, so get out your biggest bowl to do your tossing in — otherwise you’ll end up with bits and pieces of salad all over the place. Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken, roasted and shredded
  • 3 cups Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Bow Ties
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups tomato, grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup basil, fresh, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well to combine. Serve room temperature or chilled.
