Perfect Gluten Free Flour Blend with Coconut Flour

A flour blend with rice flour, starch, and coconut flour, which makes it a perfect cup-for-cup gluten free flour for moist baked goods like muffins, pancakes, and cookies.




Mix all ingredients together very well and store in an airtight container, preferably in the refrigerator.  

Use as a 1 for 1 replacement for flour in your favorite recipes. 


May substitute Hodgson Mill Brown Rice Flour or use a blend of Brown and White Rice Flour, if desired.

Because this blend includes coconut flour, it enhance the moistness of baked goods.  It works in many different types of recipes but especially in recipes where a moist texture is desired. Tested and Approved in Pancakes, Muffins (particularly Basic Gluten Free Sweet Muffins), and Cookies!
