Home baked flavor that takes you back - and makes your kitchen smell heavenly!

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease one 9x5 loaf pan or two small loaf pans.

In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In a large bowl cream together eggs and oil; add mashed bananas and mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pan(s).

Bake for 50-60 minutes, until lightly browned and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Check after 40 minutes and cover loosely with aluminum foil if needed to prevent over browning.
