Coconut Flour Pie Crust

Perfect, lightly sweet single gluten free crust for cream or meringue pies



Preheat oven to 400°F

In a medium bowl beat butter, eggs, honey and salt together with a fork, add coconut flour.

Stir until dough holds together.

Gather dough into a ball, pat in to a 9” greased pie pan.

Prick the dough with a fork.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.

Let cool.
