In a small bowl stir together coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
In mixing bowl, beat butter and coconut oil together; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients, beating until combined.
Scoop by 1 tablespoonful on to parchment paper lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 375°F for 8- 10 minutes or until edges start to brown.

1/2- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
Whisk butter and confectioners’ sugar together add enough water to make desired consistency.
