- 1/4 c Soy flour
- 1 1/4 c Brown rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg replacer
- 1/1/2 c soy milk, or water
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Mix dry ingredients. Stir together liquids, and add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Cook on preheated griddle (180C/350F). Turn once only.
