Brown Rice and Soy Flour Pancakes

Protein packed breakfast favorite, pancakes! Brown rice flour and soy flour make these a great start for any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Soy flour
  • 1 1/4 c Brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg replacer
  • 1/1/2 c soy milk, or water
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

Method

Mix dry ingredients. Stir together liquids, and add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Cook on preheated griddle (180C/350F). Turn once only.
