Butterscotch Bulgur Wheat Brownies

High fiber and whole grains never tasted so good. Moist, delicious and just the right amount of sweetness is packed in each little bar.

Directions

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add dry ingredients, wheat germ, bulgur wheat and nuts. Bake in greased and floured 8x8-inch baking pan at 375°F, 25-30 minutes. The brownies will be moist. Let cool in pan on rack for about 5 minutes before cutting into squares.  Yield: 8
