In a quart-sized Mason jar or tall plastic container, stir together oats, flax/chia blend, yogurt, coconut drink, brown sugar, vanilla extract, coconut extract and coconut flakes Cover and refrigerate for six hours or overnight. When ready to eat, scoop individual portions from the jar (microwave if you like it warm) and top with fresh fruit, granola or more coconut as desired.
Leftover oats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
