Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook elbows as
directed on package.
Drain and set aside.
While elbows are cooking, brown ground
beef and drain excess grease. Add onion and green pepper. Cook about 5 minutes
longer. Add beef mixture to cooked macaroni; add mushrooms, tomato sauce and
oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir mixture until well blended.
Pour into a greased 9-inch square
baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 375°F for
25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
