Spray 9-inch pie pan with vegetable oil. Line with
wax paper and spray again.
Spread in pie
pan; peaches, powdered non-fat dry milk, cornstarch and chopped almonds. Mix
together in bowl pastry flour, baking soda, baking powder, melted margarine or
butter, eggs, cottage cheese and sugar. Mix well. Spread batter over peaches.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Cool for 15 minutes. Invert onto plate and peel
off wax paper. Chill before serving.
