- 1/4 cup strawberries, de-stemmed
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla or plain
- 1 Tbsp. honey, or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup cooked Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
For a thinner smoothie, add milk or juice and blend until desired consistency is reached.
