Triple Berry Oat Bran Smoothie

Adding cooked oat bran to a smoothie makes it creamier, plus it sneaks in a little satisfying fiber!


  • 1/4 cup strawberries, de-stemmed
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla or plain
  • 1 Tbsp. honey, or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup cooked Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal


Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

For a thinner smoothie, add milk or juice and blend until desired consistency is reached.
