Honey Almond Granola

These delicious little clusters would be great on fruit, yogurt, ice cream, or just by the hand full.



Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl combine almond meal, almonds, oats, salt, and brown sugar.

In a small sauce pan, over medium-low heat, combine honey and oil, heat until oil is dissolved, remove from heat, stir in extracts.

Pour honey mixture over oats, and stir until all is evenly coated. Pour the mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 5 minutes, stir and spread back into an even layer. Bake 5 more minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

Pour granola on a piece of wax paper, spread out into a thin layer, about 1/2-inch thick.

After granola cools completely, break granola into clusters and store in an air tight container.
