Gluten Free Multi Purpose Baking Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies

Have a weekend of fun sharing your Chocolate Chip Cookies with your friends. And a s a bonus they are gluten free.



Preheat oven to 375ºF

Blend together baking mix, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large bowl mix butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients; blend well. Mix in chocolate chips.

Drop rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake for 8 –10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing cookies from baking sheet to a wire rack.
