Basic All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend

Bake up some tasty treats to share with family and friends. Delicious and gluten free.



Mix all ingredients together well and store in an airtight container, preferably in the refrigerator.   Use cup for cup as a replacement for wheat flour in your favorite recipes. 

To use in yeast breads, we recommend adding an additional 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum to this blend.
White or brown rice flour may be used interchangeably in this recipe, or you may use a combination.  For a heartier texture and slightly more fiber, use Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Long Grain Brown Rice Flour.  When a lighter color and texture that more closely resembles baked goods made with all-purpose flour, use Hodgson Mill White Rice Flour.
