Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin cups or use liners
In a bowl, stir muesli into yogurt and let soften for 1 hour. In a bowl mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat egg and add to mixture. In a separate bowl, blend together whole wheat and white flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir milk into yogurt mixture, add dry ingredients and stir together until blended. Fold in nuts if desired.
Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
