Cinnamon Raisin-Bran Bread

Serve as a quick breakfast or a delightful dessert. This bread will be a hit with family and friends.



Preheat oven to 375°F.
Oil 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine in separate bowl, wheat bran, raisins, butter and hot water. Mix until butter melts. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add the mixed dry ingredients and nuts; stir until all ingredients are moistened.

Spread batter in prepared pan and bake 60 minutes. Cool before slicing
