- 2 cups Hodgson Mill Insta-Bake
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. water
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine Insta-Bake, sugar, butter, and peanut butter in a bowl. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix egg, vanilla and water: add to peanut butter mixture. Stir thoroughly.
Shape a teaspoon of dough into one-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten by criss-crossing with the tines of a fork. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
