Basic Bran Muffins

Keeping mornings simple is easy with this great recipe. Enjoy Whole grain goodness and a side of fruit for a quick and easy breakfast.



Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners or grease muffin cups.

Place Hodgson Mill Bran Muffin Mix into mixing bowl; cut in butter or vegetable oil. Add milk and egg. Mix just until blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.  Bake 15 minutes.
OPTION: Add 1/2 cup raisins, chopped apples, shredded carrots or zucchini.
