Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners or grease muffin cups.
Place Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Muffin Mix into mixing bowl; cut in butter or vegetable oil. Add remaining ingredients. Mix just until blended.
Spoon batter into paper lined or greased muffin cups. Batter will be thick. Bake for 15 minutes
