Mexican Hush Puppies

Kick up the fish fry with some jalapeno hush puppies. These Mexican hush puppies will be a hit for sure.



Preheat oil to 375° F.

Combine corn bread mix, egg, milk/water, onions, in a medium size bowl until well blended.

Drop by rounded teaspoons into hot oil and fry until golden brown, turning once to brown both sides. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
