Start your day with whole grain goodness. Add some fruit and you have a quick and easy delicious meal.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners or grease muffin cups.

Place muffin mix into mixing bowl; cut in butter or vegetable oil. Add egg and milk. Mix just until blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

Bake for 15 minutes.
