Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

This sweet whole grain muffin is a hit anytime. Perfect after school snack or breakfast on the go.

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or line 5-6 muffin cups with paper liners.

Place muffin mix into mixing bowl and blend in sugar; add vegetable oil, milk and egg. Mix just until blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

Bake for 16 minutes

NOTE:  For mini blueberry muffins spray mini muffin tins, spoon prepared batter into tins and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400°F.
