Simple Cream of Vegetable Soup

Warm up on a cold winter night with this creamy soup. Add your favorite vegetables and make your unique version of this amazing soup.


  • 2 Tbsp. butter, or oil
  • 4 tsp. Hodgson Mill Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1-1/2 cups vegetables, cooked, chopped (potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli


Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Blend in corn starch, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk.

Bring to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1-1/2 cups vegetables and heat through
