Beer Batter Bread

Intoxicatingly wonderful quick bread. Makes a great appetizer paired with a dip or spread.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.   Spray an 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x2 -inch bread pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine oat bran flour with baking powder and sugar.

Combine warm beer with flour mixture until flour is just moistened. Pour batter into bread pan. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, if desired.

Bake 1 hour.
