Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix together dry ingredients
and cut in butter until crumbly. Add
water in batches until soft dough forms, mixing is easiest using hands to work
the dough for 2-3 minutes. Let dough
rest 15 minutes then divide in half for easier handling.
Lightly flour countertop and
roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into 3-inch rounds.
Place crackers on prepared
baking sheets and bake 15-18 minutes.
