Corn Casserole

Nothing says Welcome like a good corn casserole. With delicious Hodgson Mill ingredients this one tastes as good as Grandma would make.



Spray a 2 qt. casserole with nonstick spray.  Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients; mix well.  In another bowl whisk together corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt.  Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stir well and pour into prepared casserole.

Sprinkle with paprika if desired and bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven.
