Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bake

Enjoy this Thanksgiving favorite any time of day! Packed full Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal, this dish is not only tasty, it is good for you, too!


  • 1 cup Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl whisk together.
Pour into an oven-safe 9 inch pie dish or square baking dish.
Bake for 50 min or until the edges are browned and a knife comes out clean when inserted.
Let cool 5 minutes, serve warm with maple syrup or whipped cream.
