Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread



Add first six ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle.

Remove dough after the cycle has finished and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Roll-up dough (jelly roll style), tuck in ends and place the seam in the bottom of a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise about 30 minutes or until loaf reaches the top of the pan.

Bake at 350°Ffor 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack before slicing


Makes one 1 1/2 lb loaf 1/14 of recipe:
