Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe banana, chunked
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, fat-free
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed, or Flax Chia Blend
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 6-7 ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium-high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
