Triple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, * fat-free, fat-free milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup milk, skim
  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed, drained
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, rinsed, drained
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, rinsed, drained
  • 1 banana, small to medium
  • 3 Tbsp Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed, or Flax Chia Blend
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Directions

Add all the ingredients to the blender.  Mix on high speed until smooth, about one minute.  Pour and serve immediately
