Whole Wheat Pasta is easily dressed up with chicken, fresh greens, veggies, feta, and caesar dressing for a filling whole grain meal!
- 3 cups chicken, roasted and shredded
- 3 cups Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Bow Ties, cooked
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
- 2 cups tomato, grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well to combine. Serve room temperature or chilled.
