Babycakes for Kittens and Puppies

2 c HODGSON MILL WHOLE WHEAT GRAHAM FLOUR
1/2 c HODGSON MILL SOY FLOUR
1 c skim milk or water
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Canola or sunflower oil
1 tsp Kosher salt

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid and honey. Mix and let the dough rest in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add oil and allow to sit another 30 minutes. Take walnut size portions of dough and flatten into small cakes. Bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. (For kittens make smaller cakes: Roll dough into 1/4 inch thickness and bake on a sheet scored into small sections 1/4 inch square or smaller).

Makes 1 batch. Each batch: 1228 calories; 24 g dietary fiber; 222 g carbohydrates; 62 g protein; 22 g fat (1 g saturated fat); 5 mg cholesterol; 2027 mg sodium.
