Bulgur Pilaf
1 cup uncooked HODGSON MILL BULGUR WHEAT SOY CEREAL
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups chicken broth or bouillon
few grains pepper
Melt butter in skillet; add Bulgur Wheat/Soy and onion. Stir and cook until golden. Add broth, seasonings. Cover, bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Serve with chicken, lamb, pork or other meat.
Yield: 4 servings
