Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread

1 pkg HODGSON MILL FAST RISE DRY YEAST
3 c HODGSON MILL BEST FOR BREAD FLOUR
2 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c buttermilk

Filling:

1 tsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Add ingredients (except filling) to bread machine pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle.

Remove dough after the cycle has finished and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Roll-up dough (jelly roll style), tuck in ends and place the seam in the bottom of a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise about 30 minutes or until loaf reaches the top of the pan.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Makes one 1 1/2lb loaf. 1/14: 120 calories; 1 g dietary fiber; 23 g carbohydrates; 4 g protein; 1 g fat (0 g saturated fat); 4 mg cholesterol; 197 mg sodium.
