Chili Bread

3/4 c PLUS 2 Tbsp. beer
1 tsp instant beef bouillon
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper oil (e.g. Mongolian Fire Oil)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 1/4 c HODGSON MILL BEST FOR BREAD FLOUR
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp HODGSON MILL ACTIVE DRY YEAST

Place the ingredients in the pan according to the machine’s directions. Set for Basic/White or French Bread cycle.

Makes 1 1lb loaf. Each loaf: 1156 calories; 12 dietary fiber; 215 g carbohydrates; 40 g protein; 15 g fat (less than 1 g saturated fat); 0 choelsterol; 2163 mg sodium.
