Cinnamon Granola

1-1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Combine all ingredients and place in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Stirring occasionally, bake at 350º F. for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool thoroughly and store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.

Makes fourteen, 1/4 cup servings. Each serving: 88 calories; 1 gm dietary fiber; less than 1 gm soluble fiber; 12 gm carbohydrates; 2 gm protein; 4 gm fat (40% calories from fat); 0 mg cholesterol; 1 mg sodium; 59 mg potassium; 8 mg calcium.
