Crunchy Crispies

1 c HODGSON MILL WHOLE WHEAT GRAHAM FLOUR or RYE FLOUR
1/3 c water
1/4 c HODGSON MILL SOY FLOUR
1/2 tsp bone meal (optional)
3 Tbsp. oil or lard

Mix flours. Mix oil or lard with water. Add liquid to flour and mix well. Roll out on a cookie sheet and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees F. Break into bite sized chunks or precut with cookie cutter before baking.

Makes 1 batch. Each batch: 840 calories; 12 g dietary fiber; 97 g carbohydrates; 27 g protein; 46 g fat (3 g saturated fat); 0 mg cholesterol; 10 mg sodium.
