Flax Bread

7/8 c water
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. HODGSON MILL MILLED FLAX SEED
1 Tbsp. HODGSON MILL VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN, optional
2 1/2 c HODGSON MILL BEST FOR BREAD FLOUR
1 1/2 Tbsp. non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp HODGSON MILL FAST-RISE YEAST

Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select basic cycle with a light or medium color setting.

Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Makes 1 loaf. Each loaf: 1450 calories; 17 g dietary fiber; 277 g carbohydrates; 56 g protein; 19 g fat (2 g saturated fat); 1 mg cholesterol; 2574 mg sodium.
