Gingerbread House

2 packages (15oz. each)
  Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Gingerbread Mix
4 egg whites
1 stick (8 Tbsp.) low fat butter
1/2 c water

Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl

  • Stir until dough forms
  • Remove from bowl and form into ball
  • Place on well floured surface. Flour hands and knead dough adding flour as needed until dough is no longer sticky (this may require 1/4 to 1/2 cup more of flour). Reform dough into ball, place in plastic bag and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
