Grandma Sally's Kitty Cakes

2 c HODGSON MILL WHOLE WHEAT GRAHAM FLOUR
1/2 c HODGSON MILL SOY FLOUR
1 c skim milk or water
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 t. sea salt

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid and honey. Mix and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Add oil and allow to sit for about 1/2 hour. Roll dough into 1/4 inch and bake on a sheet scored into small sections 1/4 inch square or smaller. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. If making for your dog, take walnut size portions of dough and flatten into small cakes.

Yield: 12 Servings

Makes 1 batch. Each batch: 1228 calories; 24 g dietary fiber; 222 g carbohydrates; 62 g protein; 22 g fat (1 g saturated fat); 5 mg cholesterol; 2279 mg sodium.
