High Fiber Bran Bread

1 1/2 c warm water (110 degrees F.)
2 Tbsp. powdered milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 c HODGSON MILL WHOLE WHEAT GRAHAM FLOUR
1 1/4 c HODGSON MILL BEST FOR BREAD FLOUR
1 c HODGSON MILL UNPROCESSED WHEAT BRAN
2 tsp HODGSON MILL ACTIVE DRY YEAST

Place ingredients in the pan according to your machine’s directions. Set for Whole Wheat or Basic/Normal cycle.

Makes 1 2lb loaf. Each loaf: 2032 calories; 60 g dietary fiber; 414 g carbohydrates; 60 g protein; 37 g fat (4 g saturated fat); 2 mg cholesterol; 3552 mg sodium.
