'Just in Time' Production

Freshness Means Flavor

"Just in Time" production is part of our commitment to provide customers the freshest and most flavorful products possible. At Hodgson Mill's state-of-the-art production facility, our stone-ground milling process is designed to get the milled grains directly from grinding into sealed packages or into one of our fine prepared foods, retaining every bit of flavor and freshness. Unlike other companies who grind larger batches of grains and store them for long periods in tote bags or other storage spaces, we won't let our milled grains sit while waiting to be mixed into different products or packaged.

As Hodgson Mill products are enjoyed by more and more people across the nation, we will continue to focus on premium quality ingredients and production, grinding our grains and making our products selectively in smaller batches. "Just in Time" production isn't easy to accomplish, and it may be a little less cost-efficient, but for the ultimate in freshness, flavor, and consistency, we believe it's well worth the effort.
