Oat Bran Bread

1 1/4 c warm water (110 degrees F.)
2 Tbsp. butter
3 1/4 c HODGSON MILL BEST FOR BREAD FLOUR
1/4 c HODGSON MILL OAT BRAN HOT CEREAL, uncooked
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp HODGSON MILL ACTIVE DRY YEAST

Place the ingredients in the pan according to the machine’s directions. Select the Dough Setting. After the dough has risen once, remove it from the machine. Knead it a few times, and then shape into loaf. Place in a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Allow to rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C.) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done. Alternatively, choose the Normal/Basic or White Bread Setting.

Makes 1 1.5 loaf. Each loaf: 1762 calories; 20 g dietary fiber; 343 g carbohydrates; 61 g protein; 26 g fat (15 g saturated fat); 2630 mg sodium.
