Olive & Roasted Red Pepper Loaf

3/4 c water
3 Tbsp. drained, diced red bell peppers or pimentos
2 Tbsp. sliced, pitted ripe olives, drained
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp salt
3 c HODGSON MILL BEST FOR BREAD FLOUR
3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp HODGSON MILL FAST-RISE YEAST

Place ingredients in the pan according to your machine’s directions. Set for Basic/Normal cycle.

Makes 1 1.5 loaf. Each loaf: 1475 calories; 13 g. dietary fiber; 289 g. carbohydrates; 55 g. protein; 16 g. fat; less than 1 g. saturated fat; 32 mg. cholesterol; 2712 mg. sodium.
